0–100: get seen

You can leave this rung when you have ~100 in-niche followers, 8+ names in Column C, and profile visits you can point at on a chart.

Originals get 8–40 views. This is normal. It is not a verdict on your thinking. Growth on this rung is replies that earn a profile click. If you spend week 1 writing a 14-post thread, you spent the week in a room nobody was invited to.

What a day looks like

15–25 Column A / C replies that pass the standalone test.
5–8 Column B replies in the first 15 minutes, each with an add.
Zero or one original. Explainer or scoreboard. Not a manifesto.
Answer every useful reply on your stuff within 30 minutes.

Week 1 fail mode

Fewer than 8 authors reply back. That means your replies are not standalone, your Column A is the wrong room, or you are only sitting on 80k accounts. Fix the list before you fix the writing style.

Connect threads

They move the badge. They do not move Gravity. Exclude those mutuals from Column C. If your 80 new followers came from a “drop your handle” post, you did not leave rung zero.

Log: which names answered, which replies produced a profile visit, which original produced a follow. You are training your own ranking model.

Drill · today

One full reply block. No original required. End the day with: standalone replies, authors who answered, profile visits. If authors-who-answered is 0, rewrite three replies using shape 1 or 2 and try tomorrow in the same room.
