Follower count is a lagging label. Two accounts at 400 can be in different businesses. One has 12 people who reply without being asked. The other has 400 souvenirs from a follow-train. Only one of those is on a path to 1,000 that will still be useful at 3,000.
Reach is rented. Gravity is owned.
Reach is impressions. Useful. Volatile. A wave topic can 10× it overnight and dump you the next morning.
Gravity is profile visits, in-niche follows, and the 15 humans who reply unprompted. Gravity is what makes the next original leave the room. This course grades Gravity first. If reach rises and gravity is flat, the profile is broken (Chapter 3). If gravity is fine and reach is dead, you are talking to the same eleven people and refusing Column B (Chapter 4).
The three rungs
Bier’s public ladder is coarser and includes rungs that are wrong for a founder account. We keep the idea, energy changes with size, and use three rungs for a specialist starting from scratch.

You do not skip 0–100 by writing a better thread. The model has almost no graph to hang that thread on.
Honest timelines
ClimbX is the fast published case (1k in 33 days) with hours most people do not have. Luckforest is the honest case (8 months, 3,800 posts) if you hunt the wrong rooms too long. This course aims between them: 8–12 weeks at 45–60 minutes, if you do the reply block.

Pass condition is not “1,000 followers.” It is 1,000 plus 15 people who would notice if you vanished.
Write your rung. Count in-niche follows vs souvenir follows. Count unprompted repliers in the last 14 days. If that number is under 5, you are on rung 0–100 even if the badge says 180.
